Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us even if you’re outside of our coverage area, as we may still be able to provide delivery to your location.

For cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice, we will keep the non-refundable deposit as a loss of booking fee, and you will be liable for 50% of the outstanding balance.
If we are unable to set up due to inadequate space for our products, unsuitable surface type, inaccessible setup area, or uncleared debris and mess, you will be required to pay the full booking amount.
Bop N’ Bounce reserves the right to cancel any booking if there is a potential health and safety hazard to the hirer, their guests, or the public. We also cannot set up in heavy rainfall, snow, or winds exceeding 24 mph.
For information on the required space for our bouncy castles, please refer to the product page where the dimensions are listed. If you have any uncertainties, please feel free to reach out to us directly for further assistance.
To successfully deliver the castle, what type of access is required? Our process involves using a sack trolley to wheel the castle into position. When rolled up, a bouncy castle on the trolley is similar in size to a wheelie bin. As a result, we require a path and doorways of standard size to transport the castle into your desired location, whether it be your garden or venue
The castle will be fully assembled and demonstrated for safe usage by the delivery person before being handed over to you. Upon our arrival for collection, we will dismantle the castle.
Our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor use, given that there is sufficient headroom. You can refer to our website for information on the dimensions, including the height, of all our castles.
You can find the specific limits of each castle listed in the ‘suitability’ section. If you have any uncertainty regarding the limits of any of our inflatables, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly for clarification.
Our preference is to set up the bouncy castle on a grassy surface. To ensure safety, we need to use 6 securing pegs to keep the castle in place while in use. We will also place a ground sheet under the castle to protect the grass from any damage. Any holes left from the securing pegs will naturally disappear within a few days.
Subject to availability and provided that the location is a safe, private garden, it is possible to rent most of our inflatables overnight.
To set up the Bouncy Castle, you’ll require a standard plug socket located within a 25-meter radius. We’ll bring a 25m extension cord to connect the blower, which runs non-stop and consumes around £0.18 of electricity per hour. If you don’t have an electrical outlet within 25 meters, feel free to ask us if we can offer longer extension cords.
Our company has public liability insurance (PLI) cover worth 5 million pounds, which protects against accidents caused by faults with the inflatable and its setup. However, it’s important to note that our PLI does not cover accidents resulting from improper use or insufficient supervision of the inflatable. This is a standard policy for all inflatable rental companies. If you have concerns about this, you may consider obtaining your own one-time event insurance from providers like Leisure Insure.
