health & safety

To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment while using our equipment, we have established the following rules:

· An adult should supervise the inflatable at all times.

· Children’s inflatables are only suitable for ages up to 12, and no one over this age should use the equipment.

· To prevent choking or damage, food, drinks, chewing gum, and ink-based products are not allowed on or near the inflatable. The hirer will incur a cleaning or repair charge if the equipment is returned dirty or damaged.

· All footwear, glasses, jewellery, and badges must be removed before using the inflatable.

· Face paints, party poppers, streamers, silly string, or any other similar items are not allowed on or near the inflatable.

· Smoking or cooking equipment is not permitted near the inflatable.

· Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls of the inflatable is dangerous and strictly prohibited.

· Alcohol or any other substance is forbidden while using or supervising the inflatable.

· To prevent overcrowding and ensure safety, please limit the number and age of bouncers to the specified limit, and avoid having large and small children using it at the same time.

· Horseplay is strictly prohibited, and children should not push, collide, fight, or behave in any way that may injure or distress others.

· If the inflatable is not in use, switch off the blower at the mains.

· Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step, which is designed to assist users in getting on or off the inflatable.

· Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation as this is highly dangerous.

· No pets, toys, or sharp instruments should be allowed on or near the inflatable.

· Children should not attempt somersaults, and appropriate clothing should be worn, with nothing in their pockets that could fall out.

· If the jumping area becomes wet, the inflatable should not be used. If no shower cover is fitted and it rains, the equipment should not be used.

· Do not use the inflatable if wind speed exceeds 24mph, as it is against health and safety regulations.

· In the event of heavy rain, switch off the inflatable. Any wetness, including bubbling, can be dried with a towel.

· If the blower stops working (which is highly unlikely), all users should get off the inflatable immediately. Check the fuses and blower and deflation tubes to ensure they are not obstructed. If the blower overheats or loses power, switch it off at the mains and wait 1-2 minutes before restarting. If the blower does not restart, inform us immediately.
